Context

I led a team of 3 SDRs as a player-coach at a Seed-stage B2B MarTech startup, building pipeline alongside the team while managing it.

The problem

Every rep spent 10-15 minutes per prospect fit-checking the company, enriching ICP contacts and finding research points, working from Apollo lists and spreadsheets. HubSpot only received leads once a meeting was certain or already booked, so pipeline visibility and reporting across levels suffered. Booking, rescheduling and handing context to AEs were done by hand.

What we built

An outreach control center: ICP accounts, enriched contacts and research points in one place, plus SDR task management, meeting booking and rescheduling, and context handover to AEs.

Results

Each rep got back 2-3 hours a day. Weekly meetings booked rose 35% within the first 3 weeks, and the 3 reps generated $225k in pipeline across the same period.
