✦ About ✦
I started my career as an SDR and went on to lead a SaaS SDR team as a player-coach, for about five years in GTM. StageProspct is the system I wished my team had.

✦ The story ✦
Prospecting data was easy for me. But every rep on my team spent 10-15 minutes per prospect just to be ready for a good conversation: checking whether the company fit, enriching the right contacts, finding something worth saying. No amount of enablement closed that gap. Reps didn't have enough intel to sound like they were in a conversation, not a pitch.
✦ Led to: Enrichment waterfalls, with research points built in
We ran largely on Apollo lists and spreadsheets. A lead only entered HubSpot once a meeting was certain or already booked, so the CRM stayed clean and the pipeline stayed invisible. As a manager, reporting across levels suffered, and a single system would have made it far easier.
✦ Led to: CRM hygiene and sync, and reporting reps trust
My first automation put ICP accounts, research points and ICP contacts into a spreadsheet. It worked, and it wasn't enough. So I built the first version of an outreach control center: task management, meeting booking, rescheduling and context handover to AEs, all in one place. It gave each rep back at least 2-3 hours a day, and gave our AEs more opportunities to pursue.
✦ Led to: SDR control centers
Building it was half the job. Keeping it working as tools, data and teams change is the other half, and it's the half that usually gets dropped. That's why StageProspct is a retainer, not a handover.
